Trenchs Studio has developed a new restaurant for the Telefèric Group in Scottsdale, Arizona. The project continues an already established identity, reinterpreting it within a different context. Located within Scottsdale Fashion Square, the space is organized across two levels that create a progressive experience, where each floor offers a distinct way of enjoying the restaurant.

The restaurant can be accessed both from the mezzanine level, connected to the parking area, and from the ground floor through the market. The mezzanine level houses the covered terrace, reception area, and a first bar accompanied by a communal table, creating an active and social atmosphere from the moment guests arrive. This level functions as a prelude to the dining experience—a meeting place that sets the tone for what follows.

On the ground floor, a large central bar organizes and connects the different functions of the space. On one side, the market area and a more lounge-like setting introduce a dynamic and open character; on the other, the dining room unfolds at a more relaxed pace. To enhance this space, an artificial skylight has been incorporated, bringing light and atmosphere while transforming an initially neutral environment into a place with a strong identity. As a focal point, the show kitchen is positioned at the back of the dining room, acting as both a visual anchor and an attraction, reinforcing the lively character of the space.

On both sides of the dining room, the layout incorporates varying degrees of privacy. The booths create more intimate corners, while the private dining room (PDR) is conceived as a versatile space capable of adapting to different uses without losing coherence with the overall design.

The material palette follows the approach developed in previous projects for Telefèric, consolidating a recognizable design language. As part of its concept, the restaurant group exports Spanish gastronomy as a cultural expression while also conveying a Mediterranean imaginary that is reflected in the interior design. Stucco walls provide a warm and textured foundation, wood introduces balance and familiarity, and glazed tiles add color and rhythm. Vegetation, naturally integrated throughout the space, further enhances this open and vibrant atmosphere.

The result is a balanced and dynamic environment in which every design decision contributes to a cohesive experience. A restaurant that evolves the Telefèric universe, preserving its Mediterranean essence while naturally adapting it to a new context.
