Design intent

The main goal of the project has been to free the original central core of the building and create both a visual and material connection with the two terraces and the exterior space.
The central bar is the central core of the activity taken place, and serves as the link between the spaces.
The purpose of the chosen materials, including a sand-colored mortar, a mud tone flooring, and a braided wicker cane ceiling, is to create a harmonious continuity with the use of colors and the warmth of the ambiance surrounding it.
The architecture blends with the naturalness of the space and its site, and gives the sensation that both the beach and the sea that surrounds it is always present.
