This project originates from the dream to create a space, where diners can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine within an ambience filled with the light, color and energy that they have experienced every time they have traveled to Spain.
To achieve this, they have had the collaboration a Spanish renowned chef, Paco Perez, who has been awarded with 5 Michelin stars, to create a concept that provides this gastronomic experience in Poland and that establishes links between both culinary cultures.
Tarruella Trenchs Studio has been the design studio responsible of extracting those nuances of Mediterranean culture based on the architectural heritage of cities, their light and color to provide a new experience to diners.
The project is located on the 33rd floor of the Olivia Star tower, the tallest skyscraper within a business complex west of the city of Gdansk. This elevated position gives full 360º panoramic views of the landscape, allowing to see both the entire Gulf of Gdansk in the Baltic Sea and the woods.
