Grupo Telefèric abre un nuevo restaurante en California, esta vez en Los Gatos, San Francisco.
Trenchs Studio ha creado un espacio de degustación con una estética muy relajada y mediterránea donde coexisten el restaurante y un mercado de productos gastronómicos españoles.
El bar central articula ambos espacios y recibe al cliente. El showcooking de la cocina abierta, un patio interior lleno de vegetación y un comedor privado escondido detrás de la cocina son otros de los elementos que también dinamizan esta nueva apuesta gastronómica.
La estética muy acogedora se basa en el uso de materiales tradicionales usados en el mediterráneo como pavimentos cerámicos, estucos de cal, baldosas, cestería, mimbre y madera de roble principalmente.
